Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using choicervoicer.live (the "Site") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. The service

Choicer Voicer Live is a free browser-based dubbing game. The Site, the Dub Packs, the studio, and the related features are provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial entertainment. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Accounts

You can play without an account. If you sign in with Google, you get a profile, a place to save your scores, and access to Multiplayer rooms and Upload Video. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site to harass, defame, or impersonate others.
• Upload content you don't own or aren't licensed to use.
• Reverse-engineer the scoring engine, attempt to scrape the pack library, or interfere with the Site's operation.
• Use Multiplayer rooms to coordinate abuse, spam, or off-platform scams.

5. Content you upload

You keep ownership of anything you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transcode, and serve it back to you and to the rooms you've shared it with. You can revoke this by deleting the upload; we honor deletion within 30 days.

6. Dub Packs and credit

Dub Packs are curated by the Choicer Voicer team and credited to the original creator. You may record over a Dub Pack and share the result for personal, non-commercial use. Republishing the underlying reference video is not allowed.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted play, perfect scoring accuracy, or that the studio will work on every device. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Choicer Voicer Live and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if you breach these Terms. You can stop using the Site at any time. If you want your account deleted, email [email protected].

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site operator is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we'll post a notice on the homepage for at least 14 days. Continued use after the notice period means you accept the new Terms.
